Library
Articles, professional guides and training materials for leaders, consultants, advisors and mentors. The catalog is public.
How the library works
The library holds works under many terms. Each item states its author, source, terms, price and seller, and AALCAM respects the terms its author sets.
| Kind | What it is | Terms shown |
|---|---|---|
| Open (Creative Commons) | Made by AALCAM or contributors. | The exact license, for example CC BY 4.0. |
| Shared by an institution | A school or institution makes it available. | Its own terms, plus a link to the source. |
| Donated by a member | A member gave it to the library. | The terms the member chose. |
| For sale | Sold by AALCAM, OBERMAIER LTD or a member. | Price, who sells it, and what the buyer may do. |
Every catalog entry shows the same fields: title, author, source, terms, price, seller, and Access: Public, Members or Purchase. Anyone can see the catalog. Who can open an item depends on its terms.
AALCAM's own publications are open by default under Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY 4.0), unless the item says otherwise. Some items are read-only by agreement with their author: they may be read here but not reprinted, quoted or reproduced without the author's permission. Those items are never called "open".
Two rules
- Donated stays donated. A donated item is never sold unless the donor agreed in writing.
- The seller is always named. When OBERMAIER LTD sells something, the label says so, so a purchase never looks like AALCAM speaking.
